Stacie is the owner and founder of Water Dog Floating Yoga. She received her certification in SUP Yoga from Austin, Texas as well as her RYT 200 from Black Swan Yoga in Austin, TX. She was a school teacher for twelve years, most recently teaching at Flour Bluff ISD. She has lived and taught all over the world including; Key West, Japan and Abu Dhabi. For her, staying active is an important part of life and its much more enjoyable outdoors. Stacie started competitive running at a young age and earned a scholarship to run Cross-Country and Track at Penn State University. She coached at Key West High School and later became a fitness and yoga instructor, teaching all over and locally at Gold’s Gym, Corpus Christi Athletic Club, Bayside Pilates and The Yoga Studio of Corpus Christi. Other group fitness certifications Stacie has include Yoga Kids, Mat Pilates, Piloxing and Les Mills Body Attack. Stacie’s love for dogs, especially her Sheltie pups, inspired the name “WATER DOG”.
The outdoors is what has really inspired Stacie for her own business and her retreats. In fact, Stacie started her own one-of-a-kind outdoor yoga studio on a houseboat in Corpus Christi, TX. Connecting with nature while also enjoying a healthy, active, balanced life-style make the experience so much more rewarding. She believes that yoga is for everyone of all ages, including experienced & inexperienced yogis. At the retreat she plans to offer two all-level classes daily: Ashtanga/Vinyasa based in the mornings and Yin/Restorative yoga in the afternoons/evenings.

Hosted by Instructors Meg Lucks and Vanessa Weber
Experienced Yoga guides Meg Lucks and Vanessa Weber join us with their community from the The Heart Revival Center for Yoga and Buddhist Studies in Milwaukee, WI, USA. Their teaching, like many modern instructors, is an expression of the many devoted masters and practitioners who have preceded all of us on the path. Meg and Vanessa are honored to be part of the living, breathing tradition of their teachers and hope to inspire others on the path, as living Buddhas, in their daily lives, through dedicated practice and service.
Vanessa Weber has spent the past decade as a special education teacher in the states and abroad, while supporting educator communities via Yoga and wellness retreats around the world. For over 15 years, Yoga has been her source of inspiration, transformation, and self-discovery. Vanessa’s study (Yogavatar in Malaysia) and dedicated practice has fostered a deeper connection to a life that motivates her to bring forth a message to awaken, care for and love this breathtaking world that we inhabit.
Meg Lucks is a dedicated student and Shastri of both the Himalayan Yoga and Tibetan Buddhist traditions. Her personal practice is deeply motivated by the path of the bodhisattva, a commitment to compassionate and connected living, to the benefit of all sentient beings. Meg facilitates meditative arts classes, workshops, retreats and education programs (YACEP and RYS) from her center (The Heart Revival Center for Yoga & Buddhism) and across the globe.
