Yoga-Ayurveda Retreat Itinerary

Below is an example of the Yoga-Ayurveda Retreat Itinerary hosted by instructor Marina Del Mar.  All itineraries are flexible and subject to change:

DAY 1: 

7-8 am                Yoga

8-9 am                Breakfast 

9 am – 1 pm        Free Time (Walk to *Butterfly Farm or *River Tubing)

1- 2 pm               Lunch

2- 5 pm               Free Time  (*Massage on site, Relax in Hammocks, Swim in Pool, etc.)

4- 6 pm               Ayurvedic Nutrition   Workshop

6- 7 pm               Dinner

7- 10 pm             Bonfire and/or Sauna &  Pool

DAY 2: 

7-8 am                Yoga

8-9 am                Breakfast 

9 am – 1 pm        Free Time (Walk to *Chairlift & from there to *Tarabita/Gondola) for hiking)

1- 2 pm               Lunch

2- 5 pm               Free Time  (*Massage on site, Relax in Hammocks, Swim in Pool, etc.)

5- 6 pm              Yoga

6- 7 pm              Dinner

7- 9 pm              *Night Walk

8:30-10 pm       Bonfire and/or Sauna & Pool

DAY 3: 

6-9 am               *Bird Watching

9-10 am             Breakfast 

10-11 am           Yoga

11- 2 pm            Free Time (*Massage on site, Relax in Hammocks, Swim in Pool, etc.) 

2-3 pm               Lunch

3- 5 pm              *Chocolate Tour & Walk Around Mindo

5- 6 pm              Yoga

6- 7 pm              Dinner

7- 10 pm            Bonfire and/or Sauna & Pool 

DAY 4: 

7-8 am              Yoga

8-9 am              Breakfast 

9 am – 1 pm      Free Time (*Zip lines & *Tarzan swing)

1- 2 pm             Lunch

2- 5 pm             Free Time  (*Massage on site, Relax in Hammocks, Swim in Pool, etc.)

5- 6 pm             Yoga

6- 7 pm             Dinner

7- 9 pm             *Nighttime Bike Tour

9-10 pm            Bonfire and/or Sauna & Pool

DAY 5: 

7-8 am              Yoga

8-9 am              Breakfast 

9 am – 1 pm      Free Time (*Horseback Riding or Hike to Local Waterfall)

1- 2 pm             Lunch

2- 5 pm             Free Time  (*Massage on site, Relax in Hammocks, Swim in Pool, etc.)

5- 6 pm             Yoga

6- 7 pm             Dinner

7- 10 pm           Bonfire and/or Sauna & Pool

DAY 6: 

7-8 am              Yoga

8-9 am              Breakfast 

9 am – 1 pm      Free Time (*Bike the Countryside of Mindo or *Hike Local Trails)

1- 2 pm             Lunch

2- 5 pm             Free Time  (*Massage on site, Relax in Hammocks, Swim in Pool, etc.)

5- 6 pm             Yoga

6- 7 pm             Dinner

6:30- 8 pm        *Frog Concert

8-10 pm            Bonfire and/or Sauna & Pool

DAY 7: 

7-8 am             Yoga

8-9 am             Breakfast 

9 am – 1 pm      Free Time (*Coffee Tour and/or *Orchid Tour or *Rappelling)

1- 2 pm             Lunch

2- 5 pm             Free Time  (*Massage on site, Relax in Hammocks, Swim in Pool, etc.)

5- 6 pm             Yoga

6- 7 pm             Dinner

7- 10 pm           Bonfire and/or Sauna & Pool
